Pierce / McCoy, PLLC is a corporate and transactional law firm that was founded in 2013. P/M has years of experience in corporate and transactional legal matters for individuals as well as for profit and non-profit entities. Throughout their career, P/M has garnered a deep appreciation for redemptive entrepreneurship and supporting Christian entrepreneurs with a vision to have a Gospel impact on their communities. This made Pierce McCoy eager to found a 501(c)(3) organization whose sole purpose is to support these entities and provide access to the legal support and managerial training that make this work possible.
We believe that what makes a creative business thrive is the passion and purpose that drives it. Christian owned organizations are uniquely purposed to bring restoration to their clients and communities, and we want to be a part of making that possible.
The Launch. Grow. Protect. Foundation was founded after receiving a generous donation that made this dream possible. We are excited to grow beyond Virginia and to assist in redemptive work across the nation.

Nat Pierce, ESQ.
Nat is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Pierce / McCoy, PLLC. Nat was originally licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey and came to Virginia to grow his experience in corporate and transactional legal matters for individuals as well as for profit and non-profit entities. Nat has a passion for supporting and equipping entrepreneurs with redemptive visions, which led him to create Launch.Grow.Protect. to expand the reach of our mission. Nat lives in Virginia Beach with his wife Kara and their 4 children.
