Be a start-up, church, nonprofit or tax exempt organization, or one seeking 501(c)(3) status
Have a faith-based mission or motivation
Be an established organization and/or have a clear vision and plan for executing your venture
Be seeking legal assistance, and/or technical, legal and management training
Be committed to bringing redemption and restoration to your community through the work of your organization
Be located anywhere in the U.S.
